The Open is coming so we are going to try a little blast from the past to get you ready.

Warm-up

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Skill / Strength

Working on movements in 11.5 skill only. Also will be discussing movement standards for the open.
