You asked for it – FOUR PIT Divisions and Training Videos to prepare YOU to Conquer the CMC Pit. No matter the Division (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, or Delta), ALL Combiners begin the same world-class obstacle course just minutes after conquering The PIT.
The PIT is a 5-minute AMRAP workout (As Many Reps As Possible) that consists of athletic, military-inspired, functional fitness movements. There are FOUR PIT divisions to choose from, ranging from moving your bodyweight to heavy weights. But no matter which PIT division you choose, ALL Combiners begin the same world-class obstacle course just minutes after conquering The PIT. Your teammates, the spectators, and our DJ’s beats are your inspiration. Come prepared to CONQUER The PIT and CRUSH the course!
