Chiseled Cardio Workout Episode 198

This is an extreme workout that mixes muscle building and cardio using resistance bands.

Tools Needed: Just your bands and your body!

Directions: Do 5 sets of 10 reps of the following couplets. Only rest after the 5th set (between couplets). Watch the episode prior to doing it on your own to see pace, form and anchor attachments.

10 Jump Rope
10 Shoulder Press (with bands)

10 Mountain Climbers
10 Push Ups

10 Big Jacks or Jumping Jacks
10 Lateral Raises (with bands)

10 Burpees
10 Pull Ups or Pull Downs

10 Tuck Jumps or Squat Jumps
10 Repel Squats (with bands)

10 Heismans or Squats
10 Heismans or Squats (with bands)

Ab Blitz

Tools: No tools needed.

Directions: Complete 3 sets of 15. You can do this blitz at the beginning, middle and the end of the above circuit, or you can do all 3 sets together at the end of the workout to toast your abs.

15 Sit Ups
15 Bicycle Crunches
15 Reverse Roll Ups
