Push-ups (Skill Work)

Working through all progressions (box, knees, negatives, regular). Must be able to perform 10 of each before moving on to the next progression.

Partners must complete the following:

2000m Row

150 Push-Ups

200 Sit-Ups

250 Squats

Can be divided up however. Partners cannot move onto the next movement until all of the first movement is completed.
