Plymouth’s new ninja course is ready – so we checked it out

Adrenaline Leisure has opened a new Ninja Zone for those wanting to train for ninja-warrior style events.

The course will contain such punishing obstacles as a salmon ladder, high floating boards, arm rings, monkey bars, quintuple steps, a spinning log, cheese boards and a warped wall. “It’s for the toughest,” said Mr Mackin, eyeing The Herald’s contenders. “I’ve tried to replicate the ninja course I did on TV. It’s hard, but making it easy would have been no fun.” He stressed the obstacles can be tackled by a range of people, provided they do so at their own pace and feel comfortable about it.
