You asked for it – a better way to search for events – and now you have it!
Now you can access every event in the world on one page. Use the new map and filter bar to select the criteria for the type of races your are looking for. Looking for events to do in either California, Nevada or Arizona between January and June of 2014? You got it. Live in the New York area and looking for your next OCR? Just click the states you are willing to drive to, say New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and your desired time frame, say October and November. Voila, all the events except the ones you want disappear and are also available in list order by opening “event list” tab on the right of the map.
For those of you more comfortable with a calendar display, you’re in luck too. Just click on CALENDAR VIEW under FIND A RACE in the main menu.
If after reading this and you are thinking whoa, I would love to offer an event directory like this directly on my site, you’re in luck as well (perhaps you’re an OCR blogger, supplement company or a CrossFit box owner looking to add value to your site). Grab the code here for free and your site’s visitors can now access an event directory powered by the leading obstacle course / mud run / challenge event directory. You can even choose which way you want to display your events (map, calendar or list).
The bad news (for us anyway): we have to manually move all our events from the old system. We are working around the clock to load up our directory with events and once again be the most comprehensive, and now the most convenient, event directory in the world.
