To run the NAVY SEALs obstacle course in Coronado, CA you have to attend BUDS (Basic Underwater Demolition School). While we aren’t all cut out for SEAL duty we can all participate in obstacle course races designed and run by Navy SEALs thanks to organizers such as BattleFrog Race Series and Bone Frog Challenge
