DON’T put too much pressure on yourself, this can be dangerous for you mental and physical well being. Listen to your body. If it hurts on day 71 of a 100 day streak, then be happy with a 71 day streak. Your recovery will be MUCH shorter than if you get a bigger streak number and hurt yourself. You will run those additional 29 days, but wait until you have recovered.
