Mad Anthony Mud Run is returning for its sixth year in February.
The course is just shy of five miles, clocking in at about 4.874. It is part of the Run The Valley Race Series. Unlike the other courses in the series, this race is meant to get people down in the dirt, muddy and put them to the test with obstacles. “This year’s new addition is the hand walking bar — or monkey bars as they are better known,” Reeve explained. “They span 16 foot each and will definitely test your upper body strength. Some other obstacles include the crypt crawl, 10 foot net climb, a darkened tunnel under I-64, cinderblock carry and more.”
