This weekend was bittersweet. I was stuck in sunny paradise working on various projects but got to watch through social media as my Team Mud and Adventure teammates do what they do best – took names and owned themselves some races. Without further ado and in no particular order:
In Conyers, Georgia at the first ever BattleFrog Series event: Andi Hardy took fourth place female on Saturday in the 15k race and…on Sunday came back for first place female in the 15K and 3rd place female (1st in age group) in the 5k event.
Matt “IronBeast” Dolitsky came in 19th overall and 2nd in his age group in the 15k race Saturday.
In Tuxedo New York at the Spartan Race Tuxedo Sprint Laura Messner took second place female (Saturday) Debbie Moreau who took second place female (Sunday). Brad Fredricks took 5th (Saturday) Kevin Donoghue grabbed 6th place (Saturday) Stu Klaas came in 12th (Sunday) Charles Vassallo 9th Saturday and 5th Sunday Heather Knowles Cammarata came in 7th place female (Saturday) and 5th place female (Sunday)
In Miami, FL Jeremy Andrzejewski took third place at the first ever X-Run.
In Buffalo, NY Jim Matheis took 1st place in his age group in a 5k to benefit cancer friday evening.
Down in Mexico, Chikorita De Lego took 1st place Carrera Cinemex 2014 15K
Up in Vermont, Nele Schulze didn’t place at the Tough Mudder this weekend (there are no placings) but she did carry a 60lb ruck the entire course…
