Favorite event so far: Tough Mudder SoCal ’11. It was the event that made me fall in love with mud runs.
Bio: Never a runner, or even an athlete for that matter. Two years ago, my wife said she wanted to go out for a run so I joined her. It started at 0.6miles and then we signed up for a 5k. Then we just keep going. We skipped half marathons and did our first marathon in Valley of Fire. And this year we have already done 2 full marathons and 2 halves. I’m looking to do ultras now that I am training for the World’s Toughest Mudder in November. Eating right and exercise is a huge part of my happiness.
