Judgement Day BMF Team Challenge – Putting The Fun Back Into OCR

0

A review of the Judgement Day BMF Team Challenge, that tried to put a unique/fun twist on the traditional OCR.

The race was nothing like any other OCR. We were given a map, a sandbag and a tyre, plus our team chose to add several ruck sacks filled with cake (seriously you should try it, it improves the race experience, if not your finish times). We had to reach 10 “checkpoints”, where the team would complete an obstacle before getting a tick on the map. Many of these had funny names such as “not so dry log run” or “lift off”, thus giving only an indication of what we would experience.
