I had no Idea what to expect because of course I’d never ran a race before. Before the race I was a completely different person, than the person that crossed that finish line. Now I am dedicated to spending hours in the gym and out in the woods working towards making my body and mind strong, along with properly fueling my body constantly through good nutrition. I believe the body wasn’t meant to sit on a couch all day and eat the fast foods that are so easily provided. Get up off that couch and test yourself.
