Mudstacle is updating the scoring for their OCR league in 2017 to completely separate scoring for the men & women.
Until now, we have operated under option 2, which we love BUT there is one major downside – bonus points have meant far less to the ladies than the men. From the upcoming season onwards, we will be changing to option 1. Both genders will be calculated completely separately, so the ladies league will have its own separate bonus point allocation. For the top females, winning the league will now come down to winning at the big points scorers, rather than “beating as many guys as possible” to maximise percentage points.
