Carla Robbins is a Canadian from the West Coast of British Columbia, who has migrated a little more East over the years into Calgary, Alberta, a place she now calls home. Her passion lies in improving people’s movement, strength and fitness for enhanced performance. She believes that everyone can benefit from planned periodized, and scientifically grounded exercise programs… and she has the experience and education to prove it!
