Distance:
5k-ish (3.1 - 3.8 miles), 10-12 world-class obstacles

Warrior Dash is a 5k obstacle race that anyone can conquer. Whether you’re an elite athlete or just beginning the challenge, you’ll take down 12 world-class obstacles like Goliath and Great Warrior Wall, leap over fire, and venture through mud-caked backroads as you make your loop to the finish line. You’ll be rewarded with a finisher medal (that doubles as a bottle opener), a sweet t-shirt, fuzzy Warrior helmet, and ice-cold beer. Head to the post-race party to relive the course with friends, nosh on some grub, dance to live music, interact with games from our sponsors, and celebrate your decision to leave your normal weekend in the mud.

Course Description:

The Warrior Dash course is focused on challenging fun. The distance is relatively short, and for the most part the terrain isn’t too difficult for any athlete. You will not be lifting or carrying heavy objects, you’re not climbing ropes or doing burpees, and the obstacles do not require prior knowledge or training in order to complete: Just get from the start line to the finish line as fast as you want to! The obstacles – some big and some small – are designed for minimum challenge and maximum fun. Mud pits, walls, cargo nets, a fire jump, and more!

Course Length:

5k-ish (3.1 – 3.8 miles), 10-12 world-class obstacles

Overall one of the easiest high-quality mud runs out there, safe and fun enough to bring friends and family 12 years & older (21+ to party, of course!)

What to Wear:AVOID COTTON. Don’t fall into the trap of wearing old, worn-out shoes with no grip at all, you need traction in all outdoor conditions so you don’t slip and fall or get stuck. We recommend a good trail shoe with aggressive tread. Metal or hard plastic cleats (soccer, basketball, football) are not allowed at all.Need more info on gear? Check out Mud + Adventure’s Gear Section
