The Rock Solid Mud Run course was designed by a Marine with over 23 years of military service and 4 combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan….

This is a 5 mile course (final course to be approved by venue). On the course there are 30 + obstacles including: lake crossings, walls, low crawls, rope traverses and more. For your safety there will be water points, lifeguards, and medical personnel along the course. There is also a route to take non swimmers around the water obstacles The ROCK SOLID MUD RUN course involves running, swimming, crawling, climbing, and jumping. In addition to U.S. Military-style obstacles, the courses will have a few cleverly constructed obstacles which are unique to Raceway Park. The ROCK SOLID MUD RUN is open to everyone; and participants can elect to run the course as an individual or as a member of a team. Lots of free parking…so NO waiting for a shuttle bus! Rock Solid Mud Run is a challenging course designed by US Marines to test you physically, mentally, and emotionally. This event will challenge you. It requires you to run, balance and use your upper body strength and maybe help from others to make it through. The obstacles are similar to what the US military uses to train its elite forces.
Proceeds help two important causes: IES Brain Research Foundation and Semper Fi Fund.
