Here, everybody is welcome to run, and RUSH through an awesome 5K obstacle course with your team! Make new friends, have a great day of fun and team-building camaraderie, and go home a tighter-knit group, better prepared to win, whether on the field, in the office, or classroom!

Come run, side by side with teammates, coaches, friends, and family on a thrilling 5K adventure course. We welcome youth and club teams from all sports: Soccer, Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Softball, Gymnastics, Track and Field, Tennis, Lacrosse, Wrestling, or any other sport! Runners of all ages, from 8 to 100 will have a great time! Club teams, intramural teams, high school and middle school teams, university teams, semi-pro and pro, academic, and teams made up of office coworkers! Make your own team with friends, colleagues, and family.

Our dynamic courses include water challenges, lots of physical tests, and great obstacles. You’ll love running with teammates, friends, and family by your side, laughing, sweating, and celebrating at the finish line. The course will be demanding, but anybody in good health can finish. If you want to break the course record, go for it, but whether you finish first or last, you will be cheered and encouraged, and you will have the time of your life!
