A 6km and 12km obstacle course challenge in South Wales with a FREE Muddy Kids event on the same day.

Sunday 8th May will see a Muddy Double Header come to Aberdare with Muddy Moountain andMuddy Kids all taking place on the same day.

Muddy Mountain Aberdare 

– Places capped to just 400 – first come, first served!

– 6km & 12km course at Dare Valley Park

– £3 from each ticket donated to Wooden Spoon Charity

– 30 Obstacles including the Icey Gunge Tank, Aftershock, water crossing, target shooting range and soooooo many more

Muddy KIds

– FREE OF CHARGE!!!!* (usually £20!!)

– Just 200 spaces available – first come, first served!

– Ages 12 – 15

– Adult supervisors on course

– Oh…did we mention the Kids run is FREE OF CHARGE!!!

It doesn’t matter if you are super fit, super fat, super quick, super slow….it doesn’t matter if you run like Mo Farah or Dawn French…..you can run the course, walk it or even crawl it if you want – the Muddy Mountain challenge comes from within you, we all have our different goals and as that finishing line approaches, the feeling of having achieved your own Muddy challenge is like nothing else.
