Course Description:

12 Obstacles on this grasslands course

You’re expected to complete all obstacles. If you’re unable to complete an obstacle you may bypass the obstacle and receive your finisher medal, although you’ll be disqualified from all awards.

You may have to swim while on the course, but if you aren’t able, you can go around any water obstacles or hop on another Warrior’s back. There will be lifeguards on site.

Aid Stations:

During the race, there will be two water stations throughout the race course.
Water and bananas will be available after you cross the finish line.

Awards:

Each race has a competitive wave/s at the start of the day. The top 25 males and top 25 females from each race’s competitive wave/s will be eligible to compete in the 2016 Warrior Dash World Championship event*. Please choose this wave during the registration process if you would like to run competitively. Please note that the competitive wave will not be officially timed, but the top 25 male and top 25 female runners will be placed by race officials. The top three male and top three female finishers will receive a free entry to the World Championship event and will be recognized on stage during the 10am awards ceremony.

Spectators:

We know our Warriors love having fellow Warriors with them on race day, but also other comrades to watch them on the battleground and cheer after. Spectators are welcome to join the festival, probably get a big mud hug and watch the course and some obstacles in the spectator viewing area all at no cost. The more the merrier to rock on during a full day of bad-assery.

Parking:

Parking will be available for $10 per car space on race day. Please have cash ready. Car-pooling is highly encouraged.

Post Party:

Party like a warrior!
Beer, bands, food and fun will begin approximately 30 minutes after the first wave.
* Beer tent and food tent operation hours are subject to change due to weather, state, and local restrictions.

Other:

Warrior Dash is a self-timed event. There will be clocks at the start and finish lines, as well as clocks at each mile marker. We also encourage racers to bring a waterproof watch.

Warrior Dash is only open to participants 14 years old and older.
For participants under 18 years old on race day, your parent or guardian must be present during on race day at packet pick-up to sign a waiver and release for you.

Additional beer, clothing, merchandise, and food items (think turkey legs, corn on the cob, etc.) will be available for purchase on race day. Vegetarian food options will be available, however gluten free food and beverages are not guaranteed.
Remember, no outside food or drinks will be allowed. Security will be enforcing the area.
We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your wave time. Remember that you will have to park, pick up your packet, attach your bib and chip and make your way to the starting line.
Gear check will be available for racers to check their items during the race (like a coat check). Feel free to leave your keys, t-shirt, helmet, and all those items you don’t want to carry with you during the race.

Warrior Dash in partnership with USAgain is presenting participants a unique opportunity to recycle surplus shoes at 2013 races. Participants are encouraged to bring unwanted shoes from home, as well as recycling their muddy race shoes at the USAgain tent near the finish line. Shoes will be diverted from entering into landfills and given a second life by people around the world, making this unique recycling opportunity a win-win for our planet. USAgain will also make a charitable donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on behalf of Warrior Dash.

Team:

There’s no team division, but you’re welcome to Dash with some friends to help you through the obstacles.
