We are privileged to be working with OHEL Children’s Home & Family Services (a non-profit social service agency in New York) to help them construct a 5 mile extreme obstacle course that also includes a 1.5 mile course suitable for beginners, children, families, and individuals with disabilities.

Now we invite YOU and your family to be part of this great event, experience a great time and really make a difference to an individual with disabilities.

Join us for an exciting fun filled OXC weekend starting on Saturday, May 14th at the Camp site in Wurstboro, NY, for the “ABF Mud Run Instructor Weekend”.  Food and lodging will be provided for you and your family (reservations are required and space is limited).  We will be holding training seminars all day Saturday starting at 1:00 pm culminating with an ABF and Team OHEL group BBQ at 9:30 pm.

Sunday, May 15th you will be stationed at an obstacle based on your experience.  Instructor meeting will be held at 7:00 am followed by first heat going off at 8:00 am.  Their last heat of the day is their 1.5 mile kids/family heat going off at 11:30 am.
